Payroll
Dedicated input page

Each type of transaction (regular, year-to-date adjustments, separate payments, etc.) is displayed on its own input page to avoid confusion. These pages are designed to save you time during input.

Quick input

This function lets you list several employees with specific earnings on a single input page. You can even navigate with your keyboard arrows to speed up data entry.

Input template

The input template lets you choose which earnings and deductions to have automatically appear on the input pages every period.

Verification and preview

Every transaction can be verified on the screen or in an PDF report. To eliminate the risk of error, you can even preview the results by requesting pre-processing.

Employee time banks

This function helps manage the most frequent time banks, such as vacation, sick leave, etc. You can also view absences at a glance with an annual calendar.

Cost distribution

If needed, the input pages can help you distribute costs within an administrative unit or by job number (project). A periodic report is produced to help you analyze distribution.

Importing

You can import payroll transactions using Microsoft® Excel or Maitre‘D® files, or even an electronic time clock.

Payroll simulator

A very useful tool that lets you simulate an existing or new employee’s payroll. In just a few clicks, you can view the net amount and breakdown of earnings and deductions.

Messages on pay documents

This convenient function lets you write brief messages on your employee pay slips.

Employee File Management
Employee files

To help you find employee information quickly, we have developed complete, easy-to-use employee files that store information in two main categories: personal profile and employment profile.

Navigation by employee

Navigating through your employee files has never been so easy. Users can make their own employee lists and set their own filtering and sorting preferences. You can even make different lists for payroll input and for employee file management.

Change history

All changes made to employee files are saved. For instance, you can find out the date, reason and author of the change along with the previous value.

Wide-scale modification

This function lets you make the same type of change to several employee files at once. These include changes to the hourly rate, salary per period or even earnings and deductions.

Position management

With this function, you can efficiently create and manage your business’ various job positions. There is no limit to the number of positions you may enter.

Hiring and termination wizards

You can use the wizards to facilitate the hiring and termination processes. They will save you time and help you not to forget any steps.

Employment equity

This function lets you centralize all of the information required to properly manage your employment equity approach.

Dashboard

To help manage payroll, you can have quick and easy access to graphs of certain critical elements, such as amounts paid by employee, hours paid, gross salary per employee, etc. The dashboard can be configured to show the information you would like to see. In addition, this function can be used to display birthdays and upcoming employee evaluations.

Roles and Permissions

You can limit access to functions according to the role and permission assigned to each user. You can manage access to functions, companies, reports and even restrict access for certain groups of employees. As such, user permissions can range from having access to all of the application’s functions, to simply being able to view their own pay slip.

Intuitive Design

The intuitive, user-friendly interface makes this solution easy to understand. Functions are logically grouped by sub-menu giving an overview of the steps to follow. In addition, the wizards make things easier for you, especially when it comes to creating employee files or producing records of employment.

Online Document Archiving

Are you surrounded by overflowing filing cabinets? The Nethris Internet Suite gives you access to your current and past data in a paper-free work environment! All of the documents (reports, pay slips, tax slips, etc.) are stored and available online, in PDF, giving you quick access to them 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Depending on the type, documents can be kept for up to seven years in order to comply with government requirements.

Communication Tool

Turn the Nethris Internet Suite into an information hub for your employees. You can actually use it to post messages or publish documents, and make it your company intranet, all the while improving communication.
