1. How much do your payroll services cost for a small- or medium-sized enterprise?

The fees depend on the number of employees paid each period, so you pay according to your usage volume, plus a minimal basic fee. We offer our services for less than your company would pay to manage the payroll internally.

2. How do I pay the periodic service fees?

Each pay period, we withdraw the fees directly from your bank account (can be a different account than the one your pay is debited from, if you choose). Along with your basic set of reports, you'll receive a statement of the fees to be debited from your account.

3. Will my company save money by having Nethris process our payroll?

Yes. Not only will you save money, you'll also save yourself time. In fact, since you'll significantly reduce the amount of time you spend on your payroll or making sure your company complies with payroll regulations, you can focus on more profitable activities. 4. Will my financial institution charge me extra transaction fees for cheques and direct deposits?

No, since we produce the cheques and handle fund transfers (direct deposits), you will not be charged any extra fees by your financial institution.

5. Will I have to pay for your solution updates?

No, you will always have our latest versions, at no extra charge.

6. If my business is seasonal, will I have to pay fees year round?

No, we have special agreements to accommodate seasonal companies.
